One afternoon after getting lunch, Ngaira was walking back home when he started craving some fruit. At that moment, a fruit vendor was passing by. He got some fruits and made his way home. It was a pleasant experience one that inspired the muuza matunda illustration. 

#thestreetsofdsm is a collaboration between a designer, Ally Rehmtullah, and an illustrator, Ngaira Mandara, to print tshirts with artworks drawn from a series that depicts the people you would see in the streets of Dar es salaam.
